SK Archives Photo S-B823
Records acquired from private donors and preserved by the Saskatchewan Archives include personal records of families and individuals (diaries, correspondence, records of professional activities, farm accounts and reminiscences) and archival records of non-government organizations, businesses, clubs, societies and labour unions (minutes of meetings, bylaws, proposals, reports, newsletters, membership lists, financial statements, and promotional material).
To access these records, begin your search in Threshold. However, as not all of our Collection is described in Threshold as of yet, you are also advised to contact Reference Services.
Access restrictions may apply to some private records, as well as to the finding aids describing those records. In some cases, written permission of donors may be required before access is granted to restricted records.
