An issue of the Saskatchewan Farmer.

This bi-monthly publication provided Saskatchewan farmers with an easy way to learn about agricultural issues and keep on top of the latest developments. In addition to newspapers and magazines there were government publications and local exhibitions. All of these efforts combined to make the Saskatchewan settler into a well informed and progressive farmer.
