"The Face of Saskatchewan - Wind, Drought and Weather"

"Produced to celebrate Saskatchewan's 50th birthday, this film provides an interesting look back at Saskatchewan as it appeared in 1955. The accomplishments of the settlers who immigrated to the land between 1870 and 1930 are evident in the historical footage. This segment, narrated by W.O. Mitchell, provides a tongue-in-cheek look at the extreme climate settlers had to face."
