Joe Matkin vs a horse drawn sulky. (Silent Film)


A crowd of people came out to the Regina Exhibition grand stand to watch a local long distance runner race against a horse drawn sulky. The competition opened with speeches from dignitaries such as William Motherwell and a parade of Aboriginal Peoples.
