Your first step should be to consult Threshold, which contains descriptions of a large portion of our Collection, to see if we have any materials that would be relevant to your topic. This will give you a starting point for your discussions with dedicated and knowledgeable staff
Regardless of the success of your search, it is recommended that you consult with Saskatchewan Archives reference staff regarding your research interests, since many resources available at the Saskatchewan Archives are not yet described in our database.
Due to limited resources, Archives staff is unable to conduct in-depth research on any topic, including broad-based historical research or family history enquiries.
For projects requiring detailed or extensive research, you may need to visit the Archives in person or consider hiring a professional researcher to undertake research on your behalf.
Reproductions may be made of most archival material in our Collection. Our current Fee Schedule describes all available reproduction and special services, and states the associated fees.
